Our team is growing, and we now have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Site Manager to join our close-knit and dedicated team.

Your next opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will take charge of hands-on operational management for the local Community Development Program (CDP) and its dedicated employees. Your visionary leadership will be instrumental in empowering local participants, elevating their quality of life, and fostering culturally-appropriate opportunities for skill-building, employment, and enhanced community engagement.

As a strategic leader, you will inspire and guide the team, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of impactful initiatives. Core duties:

  • Manage and develop CDP employees to the level required to meet the objectives of the program and funding agreement
  • Tailor the program to the level required to match the outcomes of ongoing community consultation and established cultural obligations and family structures
  • Support the case management activities of Employment Consultants and the resourcing, design and engagement activities by the Activity Coordinators
  • Drive the delivery of bespoke services to each participant in response to their individual circumstances
  • Identify opportunities with stakeholders, develop strategies for resourcing and operationalise approved initiatives to integrate CDP into the wider community

Please note: before commencing in this role, you will need a current, unrestricted Manual Driver's Licence, complete a National Police Check and pre-employment medical.
